The Simmons University School of Social Work, the Office of Military & Veteran Services, and Veteran Females United proudly present our 1st Annual Veterans Day Program titled: Addressing the Mental Health Needs of Servicemembers, Veterans & Their Families, on November 6, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. 

The program will take place in the Linda K. Paresky Conference Center (Room A-310). This will be a hybrid event, though in-person attendance is strongly encouraged, and will include the posting of the colors by our local ROTC cadets, a brief history of Veterans Day, POW table ceremony, remarks from both Dean Michael LaSala and Army Veteran and Associate Professor of Practice Sam Odom, of the Simmons University School of Social Work.
