This fall, the Center for Health and Wellbeing invites MCPHS faculty and staff to participate in a five-part mindfulness series designed to introduce practical strategies for reducing stress, enhancing self-awareness, and supporting overall wellbeing. The series begins with an in-person presentation from nationally recognized meditation researcher Sara Lazar, PhD, followed by four virtual sessions led by MCPHS faculty.
